Risotto alla valdostana
Instructions
In a casserole put 50 g of butter.
Let it Brown and Add 450 g rice, mixed and sprayed with 1 glass of white wine.
Let the wine evaporate and add the broth (with nut), stir occasionally until bake (about 16 minutes).
Arrived at 14 minutes, leave the pot on the fire, stir the rice with 200 g fontina valdostana.
Continue to stir until total absorption of the cheese.
