Risotto alla vodka
Instructions
FRY in 50 g of butter and half chopped salmon and rosolarvi shrimps.
Add the rice and toast it, add vodka and evaporate.
Bring cooking adding the broth a little at a time.
Just before removing from heat add salt, pepper and add the remaining chopped salmon and mascarpone.
Before serving sprinkle with the shredded chives.

- 350 g of rice
- 100 g of smoked salmon
- 100 g of boiled shrimp tails
- 100 g of mascarpone
- Chives
- Vegetable broth
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 cups of vodka
