Cut cleaned squid rings and put them in a pan with oil, garlic, salt and pepper, sprinkle with wine, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Apart to open the mussels together to squid.
Brown rice in butter, stretch with mussels filtered broth.
Complete cooking by combining the calamari risotto with mussels and, finally, the chopped parsley.
