Add the mushrooms, cleaned and cut into slices, add them, add the rice and after 6-7 minutes pour the hot broth.
Cook over moderate heat and, if necessary, add a little more hot broth.
Check the salt and place if necessary.
Before serving, add the rest of the butter and 1 handful of grated Parmesan.
