Risotto with broccoli
Instructions
Wash the broccoli and burned in boiling salted water.
Drain holding aside the cooking water.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and melt the anchovies then combine the sliced garlic, chopped, chili sauce and rice.

Add 1 ladleful of water from the broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.
Add more water and after 10 minutes broccoli.
Cook the rice and season with grated pecorino cheese.

- 400 g of florets of broccoli
- 320 g of rice
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chili
- 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- Butter
- Salt
- Grated pecorino cheese
