Chop the carrot, celery and onion and fry them with oil to fire.
Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Add the beans and cook them al dente, fresh focus.
Add the rice, stir and season, then add, a little at a time, the broth and finish cooking, stirring.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
