Risotto with Sausage (3)
Instructions
In a pan heat butter and chopped onion insaporitevi and stripped and crumbled sausage.
When they took color add the rice.
Wet mixed with a glass of wine and let evaporate.
Continue cooking as for a normal risotto, adding the hot broth gradually being absorbed.
When ready, remove the Pan from heat, add four tablespoons of grated cheese and stir with some bits of fresh butter.
Pass the risotto on a warm serving dish, served at the table.

- 40 g of butter
- 250 g of sausage
- 1 glass red wine
- Broth
- 1 onion
