Risotto of factor

To make this risotto you can also use the boiled chicken the day before, provided that matches the dose of a quarter: disossatela and cut the flesh into small pieces.
Toasted whole Peppers over fire in order to remove the skin easily, then cut into fillets; clean the zucchini, sliced into rings and wash.
In a large saucepan, Saute bell peppers, Zucchini, sliced onion and chopped garlic in a tablespoon of oil, then add the chicken meat and seasoning.
Pour the rice and mix for a few seconds so it can absorb the seasoning, then wet with wine and let it evaporate, add salt, pepper and add the bay leaf.
