Risotto di mare
Instructions
Saute in butter garlic and remove it soon.
Add clams and seafood salad frozen again and let them thaw on low heat.
Add the rice and sprinkle with wine.
Evaporate and add the hot milk, a little at a time until cooking the risotto.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of clams
- 500 g of raw frozen sea salad
- 300 g of rice
- 100 cl of skim milk
- 50 cl of white wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 50 g of butter
- Salt
