Unusual risotto
Instructions
Flaming wings and neck, clean the innards and cut them into slices.
Saute with a little butter a chopped onion, carrot, celery, parsley and Sage.
Combine parts of chicken, roast, sprinkle with wine, join preserves in the broth, diluted salt, pepper and cook for 1/2 hour, then remove them, add the rice and bring to cooking with broth.
Serve with the parmesan and chicken parts.
