Boiled veal roll
Instructions
Beat the egg with parsley, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and finely chopped salami.
Spread the meat and gently tap it, spread the dough, wrap it on herself and tie it.
Bring water to boil with the smells and a little salt.
Join the roll and bake for about an hour at moderate heat.
Slice the meat and serve.
