Turbot with tacks and potatoes
Instructions
Clean the fish and bake it for 15 minutes with oil.
Cut mushrooms and chopped potatoes.
Saute the onion and add the mushrooms with potatoes.
Finish cooking by adding water if necessary.
Add salt, pepper, and sprinkle with parsley.
Serve the resting on a bed of mushrooms and potatoes.
