Instructions

Blow up the zucchini slices with bay leaf, garlic, Rosemary, salt and pepper.

Merge to a tomato sauce.

Brown in oil the floured fish fillets, place them in a baking dish, cover with the sauce and sprinkle them with bread crumbs.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then go under the grill.
