Instructions
In a bowl, mix well the cheese to make it even creamier.
Add the chopped walnuts and pistachios, cut into small pieces.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir carefully.
Lay the slices of mortadella and spread them with the cheese mixture.
Roll forming two small cylinders.
Always coil them tightly in foil by turning the ends as if they were candy.
Keep in the refrigerator until serving.
Discarded, cut into slices 2 mm, place them in a row slightly crossed and brought to the table.
Serve with crackers salted or not dark bread

- 2 slices of mortadella
- 100 g of spreadable cheese
- 8 walnut kernels
- 20 pistachios
- Salt
- Pepper
