Beer roll
Instructions
Heat the butter with the olive oil and Brown the roast.
Chop the onion and add to the roast when it is golden.
Add salt, pepper and cover with the beer.
Bake covered for 1 hour and 1/2 turning the meat occasionally.
When cooked slice the meat and keep it warm.
Whisk the broth and Worcestershire sauce and spray it with gin.
Put it back on the heat with a little butter shut to make it creamy.
Pour the sauce over the roast and serve.

- 1 veal roast from 1000 g
- 50 cl of beer
- 70 g of butter
- Worcestershire sauce
- Olive oil
- 1 onion
- Gin
- Salt
- Pepper
