Drunken salmon
Instructions
Prepare a marinade with brandy, 2 tablespoons oil, Bay leaves and peppercorns, and allow the salmon to season for at least two hours.
Cook the slices in a pan with a little oil, slightly salandole and adding little by little filtered marinade with a fine strainer.
Served piping hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 slices of fresh salmon
- 1 glass of brandy
- 4 leaves of laurel
- Black pepper in grains
- Olive oil
- Salt
