Instructions
Remove the peel from the tomatillos and simmer for 10 minutes or until you help loosen.
If you use canned ones, there's no need to let them simmer.
You can simmer the serranos with tomatillos, if you will.
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until it becomes homogeneous.
This shouldn't last for long since the avocado tends to become Brown.
The ideal consistency should be liquid enough that it can be paid without being watery.

- 6 tomatillos
- 4 serrano chilies
- 2 avocado peeled and seedless
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves
- Salt
