Instructions

Chop the chocolate and put it in a small saucepan, add 25 cl of cold water, the sugar and Vanillin, place the pan on the heat and, stirring constantly, melt the chocolate, then simmer, moderatissimo, focus for about fifteen minutes.

Finally add the cream and butter.
