Horseradish Sauce (Salsa al Rafano)
Instructions
In sauce pan place the grated radish, soak with vinegar, add a pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Stir until you get a smooth mixture, then gradually add the cream.
Beat the sauce with a small whip because it is soft and voluminous.
Okay for grilled or boiled.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 tablespoons of horseradish
- 25 cl of cream
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 2 teaspoons of wine vinegar
- Pin 1 of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
