Horseradish Sauce (Salsa di Rafano)
Instructions
Wash and peel the horseradish root.
Very fine Grattugiarla in a bowl and fold well with vinegar, salt and oil.
This sauce should rest in a cool place before being served.
Whoever wants to can play with some variation, for example adding a sour rennet Apple zest.
It is a cold sauce very spicy with which accompany superbly the boiled.
This preparation is also known as ' horseradish '.

- 8 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
