Peel the garlic, rinse it under running water, dry it with a paper towel and tritatelo finely using a mixer.
Immediately afterwards, rinse the mint leaves, chop and add to the chopped garlic.
Finally, in a bowl, pour the yoghurt and insaporitelo with two ingredients while mixing.
Let stand the sauce in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, then, serve.
