Cream sauce (2)
Instructions
Pour into a large bowl mayonnaise, mustard, brandy, whisky and blended (in back), using a wooden spoon.
Soon after, add the cream and continue stirring for a few minutes again.
Tip: the sauce is excellent with veal, bresaola or carpaccio.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 tube of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of brandy
- 1 tablespoon of whisky
- 4 tablespoons of liquid cream
