Instructions
Heat the oil with the garlic and chilli, add the chopped anchovies and cook on a low flame until it melts, add the cream, finely chopped Basil and leave to withdraw for 5/10 minutes.
Very good with boiled cereals, such as dip for raw vegetables (discard the cream), accompanying the fish.
