Instructions

Break the eggs in a bowl, combine the flour and a pinch of salt and whisk well.

In a Pan fry makes the butter with the garlic.

When the butter is foamy (and not before), add eggs 2 tablespoons of vinegar, mix well and pour the mixture in the saucepan, stirring until obtaining a cream.

This sauce is ideal to accompany vegetables like cauliflower, asparagus or boiled meats cold.

I also assaggerei with fish and chips, steamed.
