Peel and chop the onions with the garlic and collect the chopped in a small pot.
Add the wine, a pinch of salt, a pepper, a few chopped thyme and bay leaf.
Put on low heat, let the wine is reduced by half, stirring often.
Reduce the cream butter, add it to the preparation, turn off the heat and mix it vigorously.
Add the lemon juice, remove the bay leaf and serve the hot sauce with grilled red meat.
