Mushrooms and tomato sauce
Instructions
Do heat the olive oil in a saucepan and gently heat, soffriggetevi for a few minutes, Sage and garlic, then remove it and put in the pan the mushrooms, cleaned and finely chopped.
Let them cook for 4-5 minutes, then add the chopped tomato pulp and let flavour briefly.
Wet the dry white wine preparation and keepn heat, then sprinkle the sauce with Basil and parsley, finely chopped, salt and ground pepper a and continue cooking at low heat for 20 minutes.
After this time, remove the sauce from heat and, if you do not have to use it right away, pour into glass jars, filling them for three quarters.
Then sterilize the jars for 20 minutes and store them in a dark place: the sauce will keep for three months.

- 650 g of fungus nails
- 200 g of olive oil
- 300 g of tomatoes
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 25 cl of dry white wine
- 1 sprig of basil
- 3 leaves sage
- Salt
- Pepper
