Spicy sauce
Instructions
Bring on the fire water, vinegar and chopped shallots and reduce the liquid by half.
Mix together in a saucepan with the spatula margarine with flour; When you have obtained a creamy nut-coloured compound, dilute with water to the shallots.
Adjust the seasoning and then thicken the sauce to medium heat stirring constantly.
Add at the last minute the sliced gherkins.
This sauce is served preferably with red meat.
