Cold ravigote sauce
Instructions
The prepared with a vinaigrette sauce composed of 5 tablespoons oil plus two tablespoons of vinegar, salt and pepper.
Emulsifies well and add a tablespoon of finely chopped shallots, a little chopped pickled cucumber, a spoonful of capers and eventually (but this addition is optional) 1/2 cup French Dijon type mustard.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- For the sauce vinaigrette:
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped shallots
- 1 small chopped cucumber pickled
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1/2 cup of french dijon type mustard (optional)
