Instructions
Cut into small pieces before onions, gherkins and the chives and then, separately, eggs with capers.
Beat well with the whisk the vinegar, oil and seasonings.
Combine all ingredients and let stand.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- == 1 hard-boiled egg
- 40 g of onions
- 40 g of pickles
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chives
- 3 cl of wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 6 cl of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
