Milan cookies
Instructions
The doses are for 50 cookies.
Pour the flour on a pastry Board, add the sugar, a pinch of salt and stir the ingredients, then do the fountain; put egg yolks in the middle and a volume of water equal to two half-eggshells.
Add the butter slightly softened and cut into pieces, and the zest of half a lemon; mix all these ingredients until dough perfectly smooth and homogeneous.
With a rolling pin roll out on floured pastry Board with a sheet thickness of 4 mm; using molds of different shapes (heart, diamond, flower, moon, etc.
) made many biscuits, you'll rank slightly spaced on one or two plates grease and flour.
Then put them in the oven already warm at a temperature of 170 degrees for about 12 minutes lasciandovele: eventually the biscuits must be well cooked and golden.
