Sausage and broccoli
Instructions
Melt lard in a frying pan, add the sausages prick with a fork and three tablespoons of water.
Cook over a moderate flame for a quarter of an hour, turning the sausages occasionally.
Drain and keep warm.
Meanwhile Peel and wash the broccoli, place in baking pan of sausages with water that remains their adherent, add oil, garlic and chilli, add salt, cover and carry.
Place the sausages in the Pan and sprinkle with wine, evaporate.
Serve hot.

- 500 g of sausages
- 800 g of broccoli rapini
- 1 bit of chili
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon of lard
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
