Tomato Sauce (Salsina al Pomodoro)
Instructions
Peel the onion and chop finely; put it in a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, the clove of crushed garlic, the basil leaves washed; Add all the oil, a pinch of sugar and a little salt.
Mix and place the container in the oven; programmatelo to maximum power for about 15 minutes, remembering to stir the sauce 2 or 3 times; Let it sit in the oven then off for 3 minutes.
Before use remove the basil sauce and garlic and add the butter.
