Sarde alla livornese with polenta
Instructions
Fillet sardines.
Fry the onion, add the sardines, flour salt, pepper and moisten with the wine.
Add the diced tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
Make the polenta slowly pouring the flour into boiling salted water with oil.
Serve the sardines with tomato sauce, sprinkle with parsley and serve with polenta.

- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 100 g of cornmeal
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Flour
