Grilled Sardines (Sardine Alla Griglia)
Instructions
Eviscerated the sardines, remove them with the head and tail, diliscatele, open them.
Wash and dry them gently.
Brush with oil and place them in the oven on the hot grill for 4-5 minutes.
In a bowl, prepare a spicy sauce emulsifying half a glass of olive oil, the juice of one lemon, chili and half medium clove garlic minced, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, mix the ingredients.
When the sardines are cooked, place them on the serving dish.
Serve with the sauce.
Accompanying wines: Friuli Latisana Tocai Friulano DOC Colli Di Luni Bianco DOC, Gravina DOC.

- 800 g of sardines
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 chili
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Salt
