Instructions

Clean and bone the sardines.

Arrange them in a single layer in a baking dish.

Add salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil, add 20 g of butter and chopped parsley.

Saute to open flame for 10 minutes, then grate on sardines and deploy Zucchini chopped spinach.

Sprinkle with the remaining butter and put in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
