Instructions

Wash and clean the fish.

In the bottom of the baking dish sprinkle olive oil and put over the sardines.

Stir in the chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, half a glass of olive oil.

Put a layer of this mixture on the fish and repeat the operation until you exhaust all the ingredients.

Eventually, pour a little oil and bake for 25 minutes.

Before serving sprinkle with lemon juice.
