Instructions
Work the flour with the egg, oil and salt.
Roll the puff pastry and cut many squares of about 10 cm from the side.
Mix meat, salami and sausage cut coarsely, the four eggs into pieces and half of grated pecorino cheese.
Take sauce prepared with lard, onion, carrot and celery chopped, pouring the tomato paste and cook for about half an hour.
Fill each dough piece with a little stuffing and close around pressing well along the edges.
Boil the slaps for about 7-8 minutes in salted water, drain them and put them in a baking dish: a layer of tomato sauce, one of slaps, one of sauce and cheese, and so on, supplementing with sauce and cheese.
Put in hot oven for a quarter of an hour.
