Instructions
Take four beautiful steaks; attention: cut for this preparation is better than thick enough (about 1 cm).
In a pan heat some olive oil and lightly fry a couple of cloves of garlic, being careful not to let them burn and remove when Golden.
Put tomatoes in the hot oil and cook over medium heat for a quarter of an hour by covering it with a lid; If the sauce gets too dry add a little water or light broth.
At this point you can add to the salsa spices and herbs of your choice; personally in this case I prefer the oregano, although I must say that the fresh basil is just as good (if not more).
After that, you can put the steaks in the Pan and cook them in the sauce over medium heat covered for at least ten minutes, taking care of distributive pattern from time to time and be careful not to "drain" the sauce.
