Steak with olives
Instructions
Rattle off the olives and blend with the pepper, 2 tablespoons of oil and the egg yolk.
Brush the steaks with oil and grill them on the barbecue griddle for 2-3 minutes per side.
Season with salt, pepper and serve sprinkled with olive sauce.

- 4 slices of rump steak
- 10 green olives
- 1 slice of pickled pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- Olive oil
- Salt
