Beat with an electric whisk eggs with 370 g sugar until all is not become fluffy and pale yellow.
Add the lemon zest, oil and liquor.
Incorporate the flour, taking care not to remove the dough to remain lightweight and soft (I put half flour and half cornstarch!).
Coat the oven plate with wax paper and file with it, with the help of a pastry pocket, large pellets as a walnut.
Well spaced because cooking them swell and become enlarged.
Sprinkle the surface of cookies the remaining sugar and bake at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes.
