Instructions
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with an electric mixer together with sugar until mixture is puffy and fluffy.
Add lemon rind, oil, liquor and lots of flour as you need to get a light dough.
Put the dough in a pastry pocket with smooth nozzle by 1 .
5-1 cm in diameter and form of pellets the size of a walnut, loose enough to be placed on a sheet of wax paper.
Sprinkle with a little sugar and bake at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes.

- 400 g of flour
- 370 g of sugar
- 25 g of olive oil
- 5 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of liquor (maraschino or similar)
