Fried celery
Instructions
Wash the celery, shave it, cut it into slices, sbollentatelo in water with lemon and salt, dry it, then marinatelo with salt, a little sugar, lemon juice and parsley, impanatelo and fry it in butter or oil.
At this point, drain it well, dry it with crepe paper and serve with remoulade.
