Secret of dama
Instructions
Mix the ground almonds with amaretti crumbs and mix everything with two eggs and two egg yolks.
Add sugar, stir carefully.
Melt the butter in a double boiler and add gradually to the mixture, then add the cocoa.
A mould lined with 1 litre capacity with baking paper, spennellatela of almond oil and pour in the mixture.
Level the surface and place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Dessert, turn out onto serving dish and, if desired, garnish the dessert with tassels of whipped cream and candied cherries.

- 250 g of icing sugar
- 150 g of bitter cocoa
- 150 g of butter
- 100 g of almonds
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 4 eggs
