Sedanini alla marinara
Instructions
In a bowl, pour in the tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Stir the ingredients with a whisk to dive.
In a large Nonstick Skillet, heat oil and Brown onion.
Add the freshly prepared sauce and white wine.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile Cook pasta and drained it, pour in the sauce.
Serve hot.

- 300 g of type sedanini noodles
- 20 cl of peeled tomatoes
- 1 fresh ripe tomatoes
- 60 g of chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 finely sliced onion
- 10 cl of white wine
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- Salt
- Black pepper
