Semifreddo with amaretti
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until frothy, add the whipped cream and mix.
Finely chop the amaretti, cream together and add the liqueur.
Mix, pour the mixture into a mold, even well and put in the freezer for 4 hours.
Serve decorated with macaroons.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of amaretti biscuits
- 50 cl of cream
- 10 tablespoons of orange liqueur
- 3 egg yolks
- 50 g of sugar
