Semifreddo with camomile
Instructions
Boil the chamomile flowers with water and sugar until it forms a thick syrup.
The liquid flows from a pass, close-mesh net, slightly crushing the flowers.
In a bowl, whip the egg yolks with the foam syrup made, add the marsala and the juice of half a lemon.
Snow mounted soda before the egg whites and then the cream by combining both to the mixture, pour into a mold box and place in the freezer for a few hours.
Sprinkle with almonds and serve.

- 1 bag of chamomile flowers (200 g bags)
- 100 g of sugar
- 20 cl of water
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sweet marsala wine
- 20 cl of cream
- 1 sachet of almonds
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
