Cuttlefish with peas (2)
Instructions
Peel the cuttlefish, remove the bone and ink bleb, eyes and mouth.
Cut into strips, wash them well and put them in a saucepan with oil, onion, tomato, chilli and salt.
Cook for an hour at moderate heat, then add the peas and stir until peas are cooked, adding a little water if necessary.

- 1000 g of cuttlefish
- 400 g of tomato sauce
- 600 g of shelled peas
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Hot pepper
