Cuttlefish to cck
Instructions
Clean the cuttlefish and wash them well under running water.
Chop the capers, anchovies washed for dissalarle, garlic parsley and saute it in oil.
Add the cuttlefish and doratele for a few minutes.
Wet with wine and 2 cups of water, cover and bring to boiling.
Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired, serve with grilled polenta.
Ingredients and dosing for 2 persons
- 400 g of cuttlefish
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 2 anchovies
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
