Puff pastry chicken and curry
Instructions
You can use boiled or roast chicken.
After removing the skin, mix the meat and season with curry.
In a bowl mix the mashed chicken with bechamel and the yolks, mix, add salt, pepper and fill with the mixture prawn crackers.
Heat in oven.

- 8 puff pastry
- 200 g of chicken
- 1 cup of bechamel
- 2 egg yolks
- Curry
- Salt
