Mushroom Flan (Sformato Ai Funghi)
Instructions
Work the flour with a pinch of salt, melted butter and a little water to form a dough brisée.
Let it rest for 30 minutes, then roll out the dough on a baking tray.
Cook in the oven at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.
Clean and slice the mushrooms.
Saute it with a little oil, peeled and crushed garlic, chopped parsley, salt and cook for 10 minutes covered.
Remove the mushrooms and in the same pan to low heat, Cook the chopped liver with the Marsala.
Savoury Pies.
Fill the pasta brisée alternating mushrooms and liver with potato slices.
Softened in cooking a tablespoon of olive oil and season.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
